    Creator Program Terms

    By applying, you acknowledge that:

    • Applications are reviewed individually and submission does not guarantee selection.

    • If selected, you'll receive one complimentary Escape Charms piece.

    • In exchange, we ask that you create and share 2–3 pieces of original content featuring your Escape Charms item.

    • Content should be posted within 14 days of receiving your package unless otherwise agreed.

    • By participating, you grant Escape Charms permission to repost and use your content across our website, social media channels, email marketing, and advertising.

    • You retain ownership of your content.

    • Escape Charms reserves the right to decline or discontinue creator partnerships at its discretion.

    • Complimentary products are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be refunded.
