If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

📦 Returns

Personalised Items

All personalised necklaces are custom-made just for you and are not eligible for return for change of mind.

However, you are fully covered under our if your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (versus what you ordered)

Non-Personalised Items

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for non-personalised items.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact:

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Claim

Email us at support@escapecharms.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If an issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund
  • Or a partial refund

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear. It might take longer for your bank to process the transaction which is outside of our control.

❗ Important Notes

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect
  • Returns must be approved before sending items back
  • Items sent without contacting us first will not be accepted

🌍 EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, depending on local regulations. This does not apply to personalised items unless faulty.
